The Consultant / Supervisor (on behalf of SCONCE) shall after taking instructions from Client can render the following services (duly depends on the Sqft. area of the concern space):

• Prepare conceptual designs with reference to actual requirements and existing floor-plans / layout given.
• Prepare final sketch plans in accordance to installation guide of required, acquired / selected machines, electronic gadgets and equipments, prior to preparation of final layout.
• Prepare final layout including Furniture & Fixtures placement.
• Prepare Complete Electrical Layouts

1. Electrical Appliances Layout (including Distribution of Lights)
2. Electrical Conduit Layout (including Sound System)
3. Electrical Main Panel Diagram Layout
• Prepare Sanitary and Plumbing Layout
• Prepare Detail Flooring Layout (including Wall-Tile)
• Prepare Ducting Layout for Air Conditioning
• Prepare Conduit Layout for Fire Protection and other Security Systems
• Prepare Telephony and Networking Layout
• Prepare Detail Furniture Layout, including

1. Plan
2. Sectional Elevations
3. Furniture and Fixtures details
4. Isometric(3D) views (if required)

• Prepare Working Drawings and Details.
• Prepare Reflected Ceiling (including False Ceiling details) Layout
• Prepare Site-Landscape Design Layout (if required)
• Prepare The Design Specifications as per approved Layouts
• Prepare BOQ as per approved Design Specifications and Layouts
• Prepare required Bar-chart mentioning probable time schedule
• Prepare individual budgetary Estimates of costs in accordance to the approved BOQ
• Prepare Plans and Drawings if necessary for submission of any legal authorities for sanction and assist or, advice on formalities
• Prepare Tender Documents (if required)
• Scrutinize the tender-participants’ quotations and issue proper ‘Work-Orders’ to concerned appropriate vendors on behalf of the Client (if required)
• Provide efficient labours in accordance to concerned job for execution (if required)
• Full time supervision of execution, checking of workmanship, materials etc. interpretation of the drawings and specifications as may be necessary and attend conferences and meetings, as and when required and to ensure that the project proceeds generally in accordance with conditions of contract and time frame
• Check and scrutinize all sort of labours and material bills (if required)
• Provide assistance to acquire appropriate and economic Medical Equipments (if required)
• Provide assistance to prepare proper maintenance schedule (if required)
• Provide miscellaneous paper works, if required, time to time during execution till completion of the entire project as scheduled.
